Crabs for Your Crab Lasagna

Instructions


1. Step one in making your crab meat lasagna with this recipe is to melt the butter in a medium-sized sauce pan on medium-heat. In the sauce pan, lightly saute the garlic and add flower to it - stirring it constantly with a wire whisk.


2. Step 2 for cooking a seafood lasagna with crab meat is to watch for the mix to start to bubble, and turn the heat to low. Slowly add the milk and chicken broth.


3. Step 3 for making crab lasagna is to return the mixture to a boil until it thickens up, usually a minute or two, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.


4. In a separate bowl mix the cottage cheese, egg, parsley, and lemon pepper.


5. Then, the next step in making your crab lasagna is to spread enough of the white sauce in to a 9" x 13" casserole dish to coat the bottom of the dish.


6. Layer with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the cottage cheese mixture, 1/3 of the crab meat, 1/3 of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.


7. Repeat the layering 2 more times, making sure cheese is the final layer.


8. Bake the crab lasagna uncovered at 350% for 50 - 60 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving. This recipe can be prepared ahead and refrigerated uncooked for up to 12 hours. Let site at room temperature for 20 minutes before baking.
