Louis Pappas Market Cafe is a small chain of casual Greek restaurants in the Tampa Bay area. The chain began in 2002 and features a location in Clearwater. The restaurant is known for its Greek salad, which originated with the owner's grandfather, Louis Pappas, who created the recipe while cooking for troops during World War I. The salad contains Greek potato salad topped with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, pepperocinis, radishes, scallions, spinach, bell pepper, beets, feta cheese, shrimp and anchovies. Little Greek Restaurant is a chain of three casual Greek restaurants in Clearwater, New Port Richey and Palm Harbor, Florida.
