Make Garlic Chicken Wings

Garlic salt can transform regular chicken wings into something new.

Garlic wings can be made in many different ways, but a quick, basic version just needs garlic salt. The wings can be made in advance and reheated for dinners or parties. They are usually served with bleu cheese dressing, celery sticks and hot sauce. In fact, some recipes include hot sauce.

Instructions

1. Rinse and pat dry the wings, then cut off the tips. Separate the drumette from the other section to make 2 pieces per wing.

2. Place all dry ingredients and olive oil in a large bowl and blend with a spoon. Place the wings in the mix, and mix it by hand until all of the chicken pieces are coated. Discard any leftover mixture.

3. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray non-stick cooking spray or spread cooking oil on a foil-lined baking sheet.

4. Place the chicken on the sheet. Bake the wings for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn them over and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. The wings are done when no red juices or red fluids are evident.
