Like many big American cities, Las Vegas is home to a diverse dining scene that includes ethnic cuisines from around the world. Vietnamese restaurants exist throughout Las Vegas, many in the area of Chinatown just west of Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. Whether you're in the mood for a hot bowl of pho or a meaty stir-fry, Las Vegas offers lots of Vietnamese options to choose from.

A small Vietnamese chain founded in Orange County, California's, Little Saigon neighborhood, Bosa 1 serves a wide array of authentic Vietnamese recipes in a casual family atmosphere. Choose from a variety of traditional Vietnamese egg, beef, shrimp, or barbecue spring rolls served with dipping sauce and salad. Bosa 1 also offers a number of dishes that feature "tau hu ky" or shrimp cakes served with various side dishes like egg quiche, barbecue pork chop and sausage. Though you won't find any pho here, Bosa 1 does serve several soups including spicy beef, chopped crab and shrimp with tofu, and udon noodles with pork. Bosa 1 is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Pho So 1


Pho specialist Pho So 1 has half a dozen locations in California and Nevada, including this one in Las Vegas. Open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, Pho So 1 offers a wide selection of traditional pho noodle soups with your choose of flank steak, brisket, beef ball, tripe, tendon or chicken. You'll also find a number of bun (vermicelli noodle), rice, egg noodle and porridge dishes to choose from, as well as typical egg rolls, spring rolls and Vietnamese-style meatballs. Start off with a traditional appetizer like tofu spring rolls, prawn wraps, beef with vinegar broth or shrimp toast.
