Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Problems

This is more like crying for some help ... I have a Kenmore Elite refrigerator (Model 253.74223700) that has been nothing but trouble. I recently had to spend $300 to have motor and fan replaced because it was not cooling at all. Now within less than three weeks after that, the ice maker and water dispenser are not working (it fills like they are not getting water these units). Can any one shed some light as to what might be the problem? Thanks in advance for any help TG Did they both stop at the same time? Did you remove the door for any reason? Yes, they stopped at the same time; the dor has not been removed. I have a Kenmore Elite also. After it was worked on I had this same problem. When the refrigerator was pulled away from the wall to be worked on, then it was pushed back against the wall, the water line was kinked. I am not a technician, but I suggest you try pulling your refrigerator away from the wall to see if the water hose (skinny clear plastic tubing) has even a slight kink. If it does, just straighten it out and tape it down (onto the back of the frige) with a heavy duty tape. Hope that works.
