Make Cheesy Bacon Deviled Eggs


If you're tired of traditional deviled eggs and like crispy bacon and creamy cheese, you should make Cheesy Bacon Deviled Eggs. These stuffed, hard-boiled eggs are tasty and easy to make. You can make 16 deviled eggs with this recipe.


Instructions


1. Put the eggs in a large saucepan. Cover them with cold water to a level at least one inch above the eggs.


2. Set the heat to high and bring the eggs to a boil. Turn the heat down to medium high. Let the eggs simmer for 10 minutes.


3. Remove the pan from the stove. Drain the water from the saucepan. Cool the eggs immediately in running cold water and drain. Crack the hard-boiled eggs on a hard surface and peel the shells. Rinse under running cold water. Pat each egg dry with a paper towel.


4. Halve the eggs lengthwise with a sharp knife. Remove the yolks with a teaspoon and put them in a bowl. Use a wet spoon to remove the yolks from hard-boiled eggs more easily.








5. Add bacon bits, processed spray cheese, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper to the yolks. Whip the mixture with a fork.


6. Spoon the cheesy bacon and egg mixture into each white egg halve.For added color, garnish the tops of each deviled egg with paprika and fresh or dried parsley.
