Make Pork Chops With Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Make an easy pork chop meal for dinner.

If you want to make a nice family dinner but think that it takes too much time and effort and makes too much mess, think again. By using a can of cream of mushroom soup, you can make a delicious meat dish with gravy that you can serve with a simple side dish of rice and have dinner on the table in no time. Use a lean pork chop with brown rice and mix the soup with skim milk, and you can make your meal healthy, as well.

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. While your oven is preheating, wash the thawed out pork chops well with cold water.

3. Place the pork chops in an oven-safe dish, and season them however you would like.

4. Once the oven is preheated, place the pork chops in the oven for 15 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, mix together one family-size can of cream of mushroom soup with half a can of milk.

6. Once the pork chops have been in the oven for 15 minutes, take them out, and turn them over. Pour the soup mixture into the dish with the pork chops, and continue to cook for 25 more minutes.

7. After 25 minutes, check the pork chops to see if they are cooked through thoroughly. If no pink remains, take the pork chops out of the oven and serve.
