Make Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Fluffy scrambled eggs are great for breakfast.

For the everyday home cook, it is sometimes difficult to make great-tasting fluffy scrambled eggs like the ones you can find in restaurants. While some fluffy scrambled egg recipes call for ingredients that compromise the taste of the eggs, this one is simple and still packs that classic and delicious scrambled egg taste. With one secret ingredient, evaporated milk, you can make light and fluffy scrambled eggs that appeal to your eyes and your palate.

Instructions

1. Crack the eggs and put them in a medium bowl.

2. Add the evaporated milk to the bowl.

3. Beat the egg and evaporated milk mixture rapidly with a wire whisk for about 3 minutes. Beating the eggs rapidly and for a relatively long amount of time will supply plenty of air to the mixture, resulting in fluffy scrambled eggs.

4. Melt the butter over the stove in a medium skillet over medium heat.

5. Add the egg and evaporated milk mixture once the butter has melted.

6. Stir the mixture gently while it cooks.

7. Add salt and pepper to taste once the eggs become light and fluffy.

8. Stir the eggs several more times, serve and enjoy.
