Make A White Chocolate Mocha

White chocolate mocha has a unique taste to it. White chocolate is often smoother than dark or milk chocolate. When making this drink, remember to adjust the ingredients until you find just the right flavor for you. Add more milk or less, add more chocolate for a richer coffee or make it sweeter with more sugar. If you enjoy mocha flavored drinks, and like white chocolate, you'll appreciate the smooth taste of this drink.

Instructions

1. Gather ingredients for the mocha drink. Chop the white chocolate into shavings. Brew a cup of your favorite brand of coffee. Be sure it's hot.

2. Combine the milk and the white chocolate in a large saucepan. Place over medium low heat. Don't raise the temperature to melt the chocolate faster. This may scald the milk. Stir until the chocolate melts completely. This takes less than 3 minutes.

3. Remove the mixture from the heat. Stir until the milk and chocolate are fully combined and smooth.

4. Add coffee to the pan. Stir together until it combines. Mixing the coffee and chocolate together creates the mocha taste.

5. Pour into large mugs. You can also add a garnish to the top like some fresh whipped cream, chopped walnuts, a drizzle of chocolate syrup or white chocolate shavings.
