Make Quick Bread In A Bread Machine

If you have a bread maker, you can make quick bread in about 70 minutes instead of going through all the cycles-these can take two or three hours-the bread maker generally requires to make a warm and tasty loaf of bread. Banana bread is just one example of make a quick bread in a bread machine. After 70 minutes of preparations and baking, you will have a warm bread to serve.


Instructions


1. Peel the bananas. Cut in half, lengthwise, and cut the halves in half.


2. Place the flour, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, vegetable oil and sugar into the bread machine pan. Add the cut bananas.


3. Select the dough setting on the machine and press the start button. Allow this process to run for 5 minutes. Use a plastic spatula to scrape the sides and get all the ingredients blended, including the bananas. Press the stop button after 5 minutes when all the ingredients are blended.


4. Use the spatula to level the top of the dough. Smooth it down so that the dough is level in the bread machine.


5. Close the cover of the bread machine. Select bake from the menu and press start. The bake cycle should take roughly 50 minutes, but can vary between bread machines.








6. Check the loaf of bread after the timer goes off. Stick a toothpick or a fork in the bread. If the object comes out clean, the bread is done. If there is dough on the object, bake for an additional 10 minutes until done. Check with the toothpick or fork again until the bread is done.


7. Remove the bread pan from the machine and cool for 10 minutes before flipping the pan over and removing the bread.
