Make Pumpkin Cheesecake With Jello Cheesecake Pie Filling

Cheesecake is a rich, luscious dessert, made with cream cheese, sugar and eggs and baked in a graham cracker crust. An easier way to get the flavor is to whip up an instant cheesecake using JELL-O Cheesecake Instant Pudding and Pie Filling and a ready-made crust. Just like other flavors of JELL-O instant pudding and pie mix, no baking is required. A pumpkin cheesecake filling is a tasty variation made with JELL-O mix, canned pumpkin and standard pumpkin pie spices added.


Instructions








1. Whisk the milk and pumpkin in a large bowl.


2. Add the two small packages of JELL-O cheesecake pudding mix and blend well.


3. Sprinkle in pumpkin spice and whisk until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.


4. Fold in half of the container of non-dairy whipped topping. Spread this mixture into the graham cracker crust.


5. Chill the pumpkin cheesecake for several hours until firm, and serve with the remaining non-dairy whipped topping.
