Make Beef Marinade

Beef is a staple in the diets of many people, but sometimes just plain beef is boring. Marinating improves the flavor and tenderness of beef. With the steps provided and a few simple ingredients, anyone will be able to make a simple beef marinade.

Instructions

1. Gather all the ingredients. Separate the dry ingredients from the wet ingredients.

2. Combine the red wine, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and sugar in a non-aluminum mixing bowl.

3. Drizzle a little olive oil into the red wine, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and sugar mixture. Vigorously whisk all the ingredients until they are incorporated.

4. Add the cloves, ground black pepper, salt, parsley, thyme, rosemary and tarragon to the liquid mixture.

5. Place the beef to be marinated into a zip-top bag and pour the marinade on top of the beef. Shake the bag vigorously and place it in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.

6. Remove the marinated beef from the zip-top bag an hour before preparing the meal. Allow the beef to come to room temperature and follow the beef-cooking recipe or instructions.
