Make Breadmaker Rolls

While your breadmaker can make delicious loaves of bread, sometimes fresh rolls are what you want. Warm rolls with butter are a delightful treat for your family and friends. Using your bread-maker to prepare the dough for your rolls can shorten your preparation time to help make this treat a regular part of dinner.

Instructions

1. Choose your favorite recipe. Using the bread-maker to mix the dough for your rolls allows you to experiment with a wide variety of flours and other ingredients. Find recipes that you like and stick with them.

2. Shop carefully. Choosing only high-quality ingredients ensures a high-quality result.

3. Read the instructions. Your bread-maker came with a booklet of bread-making instructions. Follow the instructions in proper order to ensure that your rolls turn out perfectly.

4. Set the bread-maker on the dough cycle. When all of the ingredients are in the bread-maker pan, close the lid and set the dough cycle.

5. Remove the dough from the bread-maker pan when the dough cycle ends. Punch it down so it's ready to be shaped into rolls.

6. Shape the rolls into two-inch-diameter balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Set the pan in a warm place and let the rolls rise until they double in size.

7. Preheat the oven and bake your rolls. Check your recipe for baking time and oven temperature. Usually your oven will be set at 350 degrees and the rolls will bake for about 20 minutes.

8. Eat and enjoy. Then be ready to make them again as they are sure to become a family favorite.
