Shish Kabobs are a popular, healthy and great summer grilled meal that the entire family will enjoy. Assembly is easy and you can use a variety of meats, chicken, seafood, bacon, fruits and vegetables. Serve them to the family or invite your friends over for a cook out.
Instructions
1. Cut two sheets of wax paper about 18 inches long. Lay the wax paper side by side on your table or a counter top.
2. Center the shish kabob skewers, lengthwise on the wax paper. Spray both sides of each skewer with a generous amount of non stick spray.
3. Assemble your shish kabobs by threading your chicken first and then alternating with a variety of vegetables and fruit.
4. Place the assembled shish kabobs side by side, layering if necessary in a plastic container. Pour seasoned oil and vinegar mixture over the top of the kabobs and tightly seal the plastic container.
5. Refrigerate shish kabobs for approximately 6 hours before cooking on the grill.
