Your Jo!e Omelet Ease pan is designed to simplify the omelet-flipping process. The Omelet Ease consists of two frying pans connected by a hinge, which allows the two pans to close together and trap the omelet before you flip it. Learning use your Omelet Ease pan will take some of the mess and hassle out of flipping an omelet the next time you make breakfast.
Instructions
1. Preheat one side of your Omelet Ease pan over medium heat until water hisses and quickly evaporates when you flick some in with your fingers. Turn the heat to medium-low.
2. Spray both sides of the pan with a nonstick cooking spray.
3. Put your ingredients into the heated side of the pan. You do not need to close it until you are ready to flip the omelet.
4. Cook the omelet until it begins to set or pull away from the edges of the pan. Close the pan, and slide the egg at the end of the handle toward the pan to lock it.
5. Bang the pan once on the burner to loosen the omelet, then flip the pan and place it back on the burner.
6. Slide the egg on the handle back toward the end of the handle to unlock the pan. Cook the omelet until it is done to your liking.
