Make Bbq Chicken Pockets

Everyone loves BBQ chicken, so why not try BBQ chicken in a new form: A BBQ chicken pocket! It's dinner that you can eat with your hand resembling those Hot Pockets that you see on television. These BBQ chicken pockets are fun and very easy to make, and you can even make them with left over chicken if you so choose. Here's how:

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray your baking sheet with cooking spray.

3. Open your first package of crescent rolls and divide in to two squares. Each square will have two triangles. Place each square on to your baking sheet.

4. Cut up your cooked boneless chicken breast in to little bite sized cubes. Add them to your mixing bowl.

5. Pour BBQ sauce in to the mixing bowl and completely combine it with your chicken.

6. Spoon BBQ Chicken mixture over the crescent squares leaving room on all of the edges.

7. Get out your second package of crescent rolls and separate into two squares just like you did previously in Step 3. Place these squares over the top of your first squares and pinch closed on all four sides, so that the chicken and BBQ sauce are trapped inside.

8. Place BBQ chicken pockets in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown.

9. Serve hot.
